Orders are flying out the door right now, so yours will be on its way by mid-August. Orders outside Canada may be subject to duties set by customs, which aren't included in the shipping rate.
How to return it
Send your order number within seven days of delivery. One line is enough, and you don't need a reason.
We reply with the return address, usually the same business day.
Any box will do, and return postage is on you. The ball can be used, we'd rather you actually tried it.
Back to your original payment method within five to seven business days of arrival.
We ship worldwide. Free shipping applies to orders over $75 CAD within North America; orders elsewhere are charged at checkout and may be subject to customs duties at the border.

A light try-out is fine, but returns need to come back in barely-used, like-new condition within 7 days of delivery. If it's seen heavy use we may not be able to accept it.
Email us with a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement right away — no need to return the damaged one first.
